Policies are enforced for the safety of all guests, staff, and the community we reside in. All are welcome at Bell Hotel, we value diversity and inclusion. Discrimination will not be tolerated. Violations of policies agreed upon by reserving space at Bell Hotel may result in additional fees or charges, eviction without refund, or in extreme cases, criminal charges.

Completing the check-in process assumes agreement to the listed policies:

Only registered guests are allowed in guest rooms.

Quiet hours are observed between 10 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. // Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Guests staying past 11 will be charged a late check-out fee.

Early check-in: 1:00 p.m. $40 fee // Late check-out: 1:00 p.m. $40 fee (limited availability)

Liabilities: Damages to the room/linens/fixtures, stolen items, or unreasonable/illegal use of the rooms are prohibited. Fees for damages, cleaning, and replacement will be charged to the room account holder. Guests assume liability for personal safety and security of themselves, their pets, and accompanying guests. Any damages to personal property are not the responsibility of Bell Hotel LLC, staff, or associated entities.

Pet policy: Only registered pets are allowed in guest rooms. Pets are not to be left unattended in the rooms; any damages caused by pets in the room will be charged to the room account. Pets must be leashed outside of rooms; owners are liable for pets while on the property.

Illegal activities are prohibited on the premises; violations will be immediately reported to local authorities. No smoking is allowed within 30 feet of the property.
